I hereby grant the Williston Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) and its representatives, employees, agents, partners, and assigns the irrevocable right and permission to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display any photographs, images, or likenesses of me and/or my property taken during CVB-sponsored events or photo shoots.
These materials may be used in any and all forms of media now known or later developed, including but not limited to:
print publications
digital advertisements
social media
websites
promotional displays
and other marketing or public relations efforts, without limitation or restriction.
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any materials in which my likeness appears, and I understand that I am not entitled to compensation for the use of these images.
I release and discharge the Williston Convention and Visitors Bureau from any and all claims, demands, and liabilities in connection with the use of these images.
